What’s been happening:

Ann is currently the Vice President & Director - Diversity & Community Relations for Erie Insurance Group in Erie, PA where she has been employed since 1982 after graduating from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College with a BA in Communications. Ann also obtained her MBA from Penn State Erie and holds the SPHR designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. Ann's background includes 25 years of recruitment and employment experience with this Fortune 500 company. Ann is married to Thad J. Scott who is a marriage and family therapist practicing in Erie and who is also a graduate of Penn State Erie. The Scott's have two children -- Desirae, 17 and TJ, 12.
